ANOTHER DUBSTEP FREEBEE IN BARNA, THIS ONE AN EARLY TING FROM 21.00 - MIDNIGHTISH
ARC DE TRIOMF. BARCELONA.

Goldie knows how to shape a scene better than anyone, having paved the way for plenty of artists to flex their bass tones from Bristol to London. Whether Metalheadz crew or Reinforced, Eastenders or Bond movies, Goldie can pull off iconic with the flash of a smile. Who better to team up on the controls for this exclusive Academy gig at the Arc de Triomf than two leaders of their own scene, dub warrior Skream and his collaborator and Tempa label mate Benga, who delivered this year what many consider the definitive LP of the scene with his Diary Of An Afro Warrior, following up the instantly recognizable ravers anthem Night. Team member Zinc will round up tings with a special old skool jungle set, and bringing the skills on the mic, MC Lowqui will be making sure tings keep rolling. It's not often forerunners and mavericks old and new come together, but tonight the baton is passed from pioneer to pioneer. This is gonna be one to remember!

can't wait til tonight, just as much as I can't wait until I see dubstep in actual clubs for once instead of festivals.

the cool thing bout it today though is that its on for free. no excuses. I haven't seen it advertised anywhere but im sure heads will show.

Its really early for the bcn crowd but hopefully the fact that its on at arc de triumf will get people going.
