Building a laptop on a budget.

Build a laptop DAW for under 700 dollars, including shipping and instant rebates, etc. It cannot be from a barebones system and has to be readily available to be bought today, from any commercial retailer of computers(Dell/HP/Toshiba/Acer/Asus, etc.. you get the point).
It can't run XP obviously, as it would be a new installation, so might as well go for the 64 Bit version of Vista, if you must install it.
This needs to run the most current versions of Ableton, Reason and Cubase, and preferably all 3 at the same time with 15 windows open and totally wiping out the minimum of 3 gig of RAM.
Extra points for better graphics cards for online gaming if possible, but this computer is more than likely never going to see the internet--so anti virus software and any additional shit isn't required. Nobody wants to spend their first few hours on a new computer deleting shit, ya know?
Anyway, if you hadn't guessed by now, I'm budgeting for a new laptop and wanted a bit of help, which is the point of this post. Whoever can build the best computer will win an unplayed Anti War Dub/Haunted 12".
Monitor needs to be a minimum of 15", btw. Mainly this will be used for Ableton in a Live setting, so it needs to be stable. Help me and I'll help you. Hell, you could sell the vinyl on ebay and potentially get 150 dollars for it.
Thanks in advance, and FYI before someone says it, yes I'm out looking on my own--I just wanna see if anyone can find a better deal than I am dealing with currently. I know I could probably get a better computer cheaper building my own, but the risk of frying more money with my fumbling hands isn't worth the added small bonus to me.
If this thing plays Diablo 3 when it comes out, that would be fantastic as well, if it ever comes out
