FIRST POST tunes online + mix down?

Easy,

I've been making tunes for a few years now, dubstep for about a year. Never really done anything with my tunes but ive decided to start going on forums and stuff see what people think...
Thinking about getting a couple getting mixed down properly cos got a few offers from dj's in notts to play em out but i reckon they'll sound shiite next to propa tunes, anyone ever paid to get tunes mixed down? was it worth it?

Mix your own tunes. You should only really consider paying someone to master your stuff but in the end if its good enough it will get signed and you wont have to pay.
