I would say Mala, Skream and Martyn just due to the fact they have taken there productions into different directions. I think Martyn has influenced a whole different style tbh.

question is really subjective but prolly
DMZ, Skream
and like others have said -- Martyn, TRG, etc on a whole nother level
but each producers brings his or her own styles and flavours - and thats prolly my fav thing about dubstep is hearing what different producers takes on it is.

yeah but that's not the same as being influential though.
which is why I said TRG will be next - he's got a very distinct sound, but i don't hear it in other productions yet. I don't hear many tracks and think 'yeah, that's got a real TRG influence in it'. Or Skream really, for that matter. But I do hear plenty of tunes with a clear Martyn influence, or Rusko (ie it's a wobble tune heheheh)

Apart from early dubstep I'd say Digital Mystiks. They influenced everyone from Skream to Burial to Skull Disco, etc. Who in turn influenced everyone else etc.

i've said it before and i'll say it again. i have to actively not listen to TRG because i'm afraid i'm going to start copying him and it would be way obvious.
