Why am I always so bloody tired...

I dont know what it is but every day i always feel so damn tired i struggle to get through the working day.
Ok so i smoke a few spliffs and have a couple of beers most nights, i only get about 5 hours sleep, my diets poor, my weekend usually involve 48 hour sessions, i dont get my five a day and dont take my vitamins.
Now, obviously i think i can see where the problem lies but without sacrificing my pleasurable lifestyle and turning into Gillian McKeith does anybody know of a way to give myself that motivation and enthusiasm i need (without the use of good old Columbian marching powder)....
Thanx

Unfortunately the only thing that entices me to go to bed always causes me to lose even more sleep. Maybe i should learn to be a real man and roll over and go to sleep once ive pulled out.
I have trouble sleeping anyway, no matter how hard i try to go to bed earlier i always seem to lie there for hours on end and my brain doesnt seem to want to switch of. By the time i finally doze off the alarm clock rings and its time to get up again...

do a bit of sport in the morning. i usually do 7 flights of stairs up to my office (its a bit hardcore when you're sleepy and tired and you've just got up) but it wakes you the fuck up and makes you hungry. then eat some fruit - i always like to get messy with an orange, but if you're not into struggling with that, bananas or apples are cool. drink some water too in the morning or have a cuppa and then you'll def feel less tired.

^^^ If your in bed awake, your not exerting enough energy during the day !
Get out running or lift bags of coal for fun.

I've had one toke in the morning and felt a rush and my head clear. I've had two tokes and its sent me under. It really is a make or break tactic imo. I've got your number saved so I'll get in contact soon mate
