I was just listening to watch the ride through my mp3 player and thought i'd just put something else on. When "hang on what's that noise", i'd left the internal speaker on and it was well loud!!
God knows what the middle age women who populate my office thought.... hah hah :)

thats nothing i just sipped a drop of my tea & it still went down the wrong hole. I didnt want to sound like an idiot & cough & splutter everywhere so i held it in, my eyes started watering & everything..
