dubplate.net is rubbish

i ordered an e.p two weeks ago today and it still has not arrived.Ive tried to contact them several times now by both email and phone but they dont reply to emails or pick up the blower,has anyone else had a problem ordering from them before.They're hopeless

I remember back in the day when duplate.net was THE place to listen to the latest tracks, pages of dubs, none of this shop bollocks. Shame its gone tits up.

i used to go on their site but found it bare confusing and not very professional. finally used them to make an order last week for D1's V3 EP and it arrived promptly. ordered the Benga EP on thursday i think and it came yesterday. so far so good for me, i guess, they gave me a chocolate with the D1 EP.

I did exactly the same thing but I live in Italy so items take about 7 days to arrive. I'm in the standard.
