Good customer service for once..

So I lost my pin code months ago and thought, might as well get it back since I am actually getting money put in there on the regular now..
So I ring up...
Only had to wait about 5 minutes and the bloke on the other end wasn't as thick as shit and was helpful.......
Whats the world coming to

... well scottish.. haha
Its odd.. I was with Woolwich & barclays bought em out...
Woolwich used to be horrible, about 30 different automated things typing numbers in, then you get to the person and you can't understand them..
This was disapointing, I didn't get angry or bored of listening to shit phone music..
the music was actually good!!
It was some funky house sorta stuff...I'm actually baffled

well...honestly....im not skinny by any means...and the sales man had to insist on telling me that...multiple times while i was trying on jackets.
