Mild or not, my head still feels a bit sleepy. I took 3 of the bastards in one go, so that might be why.

I'll check that Zirtok out, mate. Cheers.

Still don't like messing with my immune system.

Sympathize with impetago/psoriasis sufferers.
Have seen claims for efficacy of colloidal silver.

talking about allergies, i woke up this morning with a really swollen lower eye after having had a bit of an itch last night. proper shit, i can barely see out of the bastard. strange thing is i have never had an allergic reaction to anything (except hayfever i suppose). doctor said clarityn should do the trick although i'd like to know what triggered it :?

ya, it's an antihistamine for hayfever and bites...

its histamines being released into your body that cause any reactions you may have to pollen, bites...

if you did have to go to hospital (hopefully you won't) they probabley give some sort of super strength antihistamine. maybe.

I use loratadine. Its non drowsey and it works. I have asthma, eczema and serious allergies that leave bed bound. Loratadine works a treat.

loratadine manags all the allergies an I dont even notice them anymore its a £1 over the counter.
