NOTTS : 06/12/08 : BASSLACED PRESENTS : YOUNGSTA & SEVEN

BassLaced offers strictly dubstep beats in an atmospheric setting. South London's grimey and gritty garage hybrid can be heard getting rinsed out by top dubstep DJs and pioneers. BassLaced is a rare chance to see the best dubstep has to offer in such an intermit club. Expect deep dubplates, big bass and all out darkness.

BASSLACED BRING YOU CHRISTMAS EARLY WITH THIS LITTLE LINE UP:

YOUNGSTA (FWD, RINSE, TEMPA, GENERALLY MASTER MIXER!)
SEVEN
EARLY BIRD
SENATE

Soundsystem: 8kw DSF.

YOUNGSTA (to be fair you've got it twisted if your on this site and dont know this guy...but...)
Youngsta is a master of the decks, he twists, tweaks and scrapes his 10' dubplates into a sub-bass audio assault. Youngsta began DJing at 12, appearing on London garage pirate Freek FM at 13. Now 24, by day he works in seminal Soho record shop Blackmarket. By night you can catch him on leading pirate Rinse FM, the station that broke Dizzee Rascal or in dubstep’s spiritual home FWD at Shoreditch’s Plastic People. He'll be deep in the mix, pulling off jaw-dropping mixes playing a mutant sound of dread dub basslines and dark jungle energy; funky reggae skanks and soaring Detroit melodies fused into a new hybrid.

SEVEN
Seven arrived on the dubstep scene about a year ago. With music already signed to Tempa and Aquatic Lab recs, things are certainly shaping up for this new mysterious artist. He has already attracted the attention of most of dubsteps A list dj's, of which he is gaining massive support and airplay. With tunes like Siren, Dark Passenger (feaured on Watch The Ride mixed by Skream) and collaborations with N Type, Seven has a strong release schedule lined up for the rest of the year and way into 09.

Tickets available from Rock City, Selectadisc, Funky Monkey and Golden Fleece. And online at www.gigantic.com soon!

Big Up,

BassLaced Family
