greets:
we are currently searching for new artists for a forthcoming imprint we are forming under the cymbalism recordings guise. we figured after having five years of releases across our four drum n bass labels and with the sudden infatuation we have in dubstep it was time to branch out and find some new and established artists pounding the bassbins across the globe to house their music on vinyl.
in case you are unfamiliar with us here's a little background. we formed in 2003 as a self-pressing label in the states. nu urban distribution in the uk caught wind of our second release and ordered all we had pressed - then followed the same with our third release and finally established us as a uk pressed and distributed label. over the five years we have been around - we have released 27 singles across the four labels, had two tunes appear in konami's 'dance dance revolution' series, featured as the cover mix cd of the uk's biggest drum n bass zine, knowledge, and also recently set up a u.s. distribution hub in the midwest selling drum n bass and dubstep titles...so we have the outlet for vinyl being pressed and we ourselves distribute it in the states and our distributor in the uk, nu urban music, handles the rest of the world.
we really dig the deep dubby and melodic sound but are open to anything that moves us. if you feel you have some serious heat for vinyl release - please send us your material for consideration. please make sure to include your screen name and contact info in your track titles so we can contact you once we have reviewed the material.
you can send your submissions via AIM to:

thanks for your time and consideration! hope to hear some feedback from you soon.
