ez man just listening now.
Ok first thingy, you know you have your bass synth goin wowowow (you know what I mean), you should have your sub doin the same thing aswell.
It'll sound a lot phatter.
What you might have to do is have 2 subs, one that replicates the bass synth (so it's layered underneath) and another one playing the long notes.

No, you misunderstood.
I mean, two seperate sub synths. One that mirrors the bass synth as a layer and another sub synth that can just play long notes. Of course they won't play at the same time otherwise you will have chaos...

Here's an example of what I mean, 1st bit is no sub, 2nd is with sub.

thanks for the comments so far
i'm the other one on this track, and the sub doing the same thing as the mids is probably a good idea. i've heard it on headphones and other speakers now and there's a lot of room for improvement, getting levels right and such.
