Burning Spear's best of is prolly my fave. And anything by Sister Nancy, Sizzla, Bob Marley obviously, Israel Vibration, Matiyashu maybe, Damian Marley.

Don Carlos & Gold - Ghetto Living
I think i'd wouldn't be too unhappy if the only Reggae i could listen too was these. Jog Higgs has a really folky style and his tracks are really personal.
