btw, the closest i've some to making the sound is using a 303 Loop oscillator A and sine wave as the sub bass in oscillator B

without listening since speakers are off i'm guessing standarish reese processing
split into 3 freq bands low mid high
effect each to taste with modultion
send to a group bus compress

after that, maybe bounce it?
and then drop it in simpler on ableton and change the lfos to get that slight wobble effect?

Ripple = Wobble ? (Good way to disguise a wobble thread btw hehe

)
After listening to your link, the bass in question clearly sounds like a distorted Hoover, not a Reese.
If your in Reason, try using the Sub to make a hoover and then pass the signal through a Scream 4 Distortion Device. (Tutorial can be found here -
http://www.dogsonacid.com/showthread.ph ... did=356821)
The tremolo may have also been created by tieing an lfo to the volume control.

You could get a bass that way with a cleaver combo of Bit Crusher (downgrade + clipping, with no actual bit-rate change below 24/16). Phase Distorotion and some heavy EQ'ing (48 Db Slope bad boy!!!)
Just apply that to a nice wobble patch.
The real question is, how the hell do you make a Bassline like Benga's 26 Basslines! Especially since he's using Albino 2.

26 Basslines = Comb filtering, tight reverb settings and a flanger......
