bigUP, where abouts you from? You know any of the Cardiff Dubstep producers such as Monkey, Stagga, Ital Lion, Curtamos X, Magena and P Dubz? Some heavy stuff coming out of the city indeed.

Wicked - well up for hearing this. Used to love Headcase Ladz stuff back when Big Daddy was a going concern.
Also, what's that Goodz feature all about? Very interesting..

Yeah Durrty Goodz is on the Me-one track, laid back tune that but drops heavy still. Few guests from outside of Wales such as Dubbledge on the Ralph Rips S**t track, Mind Kontrol from Miami with Diverese Concepts and Matt Gamin who is from LA and part of The Incredible Torture Show. Also alot of emcees have congregated here from other places although they're very much Welsh in the Postmodern sense. All makes for a great diversity of styles.

Bethan's good when it comes to supporting local Dubstep she's certainly played Monkey and Stagga enough (as have Mary Anne Hobbs, Rob Da Bank and Huw Stephens) and also Ital Lion and Magenta. Should check em out if you get the chance. Think Monkey & Stagga are playing in Newport soon when Pinch comes down, he couldn't make it last week I believe.

bigUP,

ps you can hear alot of these tracks over at http://hypem.com/list/6716 also.

oh yeah and can't forget Daedelus from LA on the Y Diwygiad track, one of LA's most respected producers and mentor for artists such as Flying Lotus. He's on two tracks from their album and there's a video online of their visit to LA to record the tracks and play at his album launch party with FlyLo, Gaslamp Killer and nuff others.
