Liking it, the intro is nice, the drop could do with a little more sub impact and the ending is lazy, but apart from that, its very good, would consider it if it was a vinyl release.

Just d/led it . Give a listen later mate. I reckom it should be good though. You seem to have problems with ya mixes as of late. I think they right mate. like i said, i'll give it a listen.
Ps i'm playin a couple of your tunes out soon. Only in a small bar, but it'll be the first time i've played out so it should be fun......

Yes! deep one.
Nice work on the bassline
is it possible the track is clipping a little?

Yeah, like the riddim, way less ploddy than most halfstep, bit more spritely although I think this words generally only used to describe pensioners that go to tea dances. Like that bass sound, although something sounds a bit flat in the overall mix like it's been slightly over limited - maybe use a slightly more woody snare or something, bit more knock to it to cut through and leave a bit more space for the dynamics of the track.
Think it's an overall problem with dance music that everything has to sound really maximised, that it doesn't really leave space for the dynamics - everyone wanting louder and louder but at the expense of a lot of space and depth
Overall I think it's a good track got a lot of momentum, but maybe you need to seperate the frequencies or mix it slightly differently - not an expert in these matters so can't get too techy about it

really like this one m8..
agree with shonky about it bein 'spritely', it makes yr wanna dance and, to me, thats the most important thing - something the majority of producers seem to be overlookin atm.. all about havin some ongy bongy get me..
tbh i couldnt really hear anythin wrong with it, though im not listenin to it over studio monitors.. but again, like shonks says, maybe open it up a bit more give it some space.. oh, and i presume its not gonna fade out like that when finished, makes waves for 4mins then just fucks off, it just dont seem right..
safe

That old chesnut
Right listening......nice intro synths + violin sound. Excellent vocal, great atmosphere. I can hear the clipping too, odd that it only happens after rendering. Good ethnic drums, subtle and rolling. Good rasta vocal.. Heavy drop. Def got that envoy feel with the violin trill. Heavy bass too, urges the track along....maybe an extra h hat shuffle 32 into the main body. Deep indeed. Nicely leads into the breakdown. Mybe some extra bass drums/variation on the bass at the second drop to give some extra emphasis, or chop the ethnic ting a bit to give that breakage feel? Certainly heavy and has a ggod urgency tot he track, rolls nicely and keeps the interest going...I can't hear any problems with the bass from here.
Big up 8-bit. Tracks are all of a high quality these days. Your sound is developing well.

dude- tune sounds nice. a real head banger, somebody said it was envoy-esque. i'd have to agree, especially when the bass comes in on the first drop.
badass dude, i dunno what your problem is with it.

Passed the wud i dance to this test.
Listened twice
Not really important: But my brain wanted a bar more tease before the second drop (at the end of the second gap just before the drop) basically just let the fire echo out for longer at the least or use the time more creatively
Pitty not to see that indian vocal again no? But rasta + indian might be too much 'ethnic'
Mix wise: comp drum buss a little something? 4:1(?) longish attack fast release type of thing, just a little pump on it. Careful!
Clipping eh? Use a limiter!? (limit to -0.1dBFS)
Good work, thanks for posting it
