Easy now,
i have just started to use AIM, but the average speed of transfer is around 4.0k per second, which is pretty slow, im running a server called camino on a G4, OSX, can anyone point me in the right direction to make this thing any faster...

Just be happy your not using msn....it's way slower.

Sound like your connection is crap m8. Let me guess, wireless?

My old Aim used to average 50kbps.
Now im using Trillian and i get between 60-40kbps.

Try out Trillian!!

Cant really suggest more than that with out knowing more info on your connection.
