As with the last 2 tours, I'll cover my round trip from the states, and make it back in fees.
Travel within the EU of course would have to be covered, but EZJet makes it super cheap to get where I need to go.
My plan is to come the last week in Feb to catch one of the many 4th weekend events, then stay until the end of March.
I know a month is too short to cover the entire continent, and that's why I plan to come back in the summer as well.

hopefully Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius again too
