Really dont like that heavy bass drum in the intro.
This is alrite just try and work on your structures a bit more a it seems a bit random to me.
Got some nice elements to it but is a bit to much hardstyle for me.

i was really looking for feedback on my tune rather than the way i post it. what have you got against myspace anyway?Sight wrote:I don't like Myspace and am not that motivated to go there.
It is poss. to offer your music to the masses without sending people to myspace.
I think alot of artists just throw thier material on there without thinking about how the association with myspace makes you look.
Have you looked @ www.soundcloud.com ? www.virb.com http://www.beatplexity.com/index.php <--- great way to share music and get feedback. Again, Myspace is not a good way to showcase your tunes !
If you want more direct feedback, I would suggest putting together a databass of actual artists and Djs then deal with them, marketing to them directly instead of leaving a post on a forum. just suggestions tho'
Also, I will sometimes download music @ work during the day(where i cannot listen to the music.) Then I'll go home listen to it and comment later. Sometimes I will listen to a tune and not comment at all because I am busy or whatever. know what i mean ?

the myspace point is a valid one imo.
myspaz if far from ideal for referencing music. as mentioned, perhaps virb or soundcloud will yield better responses. and if you actually want comments, 320s are pretty much the way to get them (if that). until you're well known and really have a hope of getting something signed, I don't see any reason not to toss out tunes to downlod (even if lower qual - ie 128s).
edit: most of my comments about the actual song did not apply, as I was actually listening to another mix over it in the background. I thought I was going insane. Upon a re-listen, the tune is neat, but the kick is a biiiit much.

ok if i put it on virb will you give me some good constructive critisism? (about the actual track)Sight wrote:Good question. Myspace is massive. Its pervasive. People thinks its free but its not. You pay with information about yourself. Myspace is full of bugs and spam. Besides the fact that it can stream large files and is a good place to network for artists and music...caunter wrote: what have you got against myspace anyway?
The myspace music player isn't really that good of a player anyway. You can share large files 20 different ways without even mentioning myspace.
