I only use myspace right now, but lots of people seem to dislike it for sound quality and compression issues.

I personally like http://www.reverbnation.com - lot's of promotional tools for mass mailing fans, stats, very good quality player - can even pay 2.95 dollars a month for storage of tunes over 8 megs upto 25megs - but even without that you get unlimited song storage for free.
The site has recently also linked to myspace and will include your myspace friends as part of your fan count which ultimately positions you in the reverbnation charts.

Also, for those who don't like the quality of the myspace player, you can embed the reverbnation player into your myspace page.
