Friday 9th January
Stereo
Doors: 11pm – 3am
Entry: £5 before 12 / £7 after

This is gonna be a night of non stop paaaaarty music. Bassline, ghetto house, bmore, hip hop, electro and techno all mixed up. The venue holds about 100 people at a squeeze so this should be more of a house party than a club vibe. License permitting it’ll be open till 3 as well (touch wood!).

As for the guests... Bok Bok and Manara run the Night Slugs club out of London. IMO it has one of the most exciting musical policies of any night in the capital. The two were partly responsible for the recent bassline hype with their “What’s a Niche?” mix commissioned by Diplo for the Mad Decent Blog, but first hand their DJ sets are a veritable feast of all things party; flawlessly mixing up UK Funky, Bassline, Dubstep and Ghetto House in a turbo charged fashion. Oh shit.
Never been to The Black Sparrow I don't think. Google maps claims it's only 15 minutes from the bus station, so hopefully I won't get lost and end up staggering hopelessly along the M8. Again.
