I was going to say 'the vibe', but I don't really know what actually makes a tune 'have that dubstep vibe' in terms of musical elements. In fact, I'm not sure how good a thing it is to pin it down in technical terms, since I'm always interested to hear stuff that really fits the vibe despite breaking all the rules.
