Weed is the funniest drug to give up.

After about 4-6 days you'll get what we call "the dreams"

At the time you'll shit yourself and dread going asleep after the first time you have one, but you'll look back and laugh your tits off at some of the stuff you dreamt of.

Its worth quitting to experience those alone, trust me!

Good luck with it deams, best decision you'll ever make!

The hardest thing I've found with quitting the cigs is resisting the urge when you drink. Apparently it's because alcohol lowers your heartrate, and your body remembers that nicotine raises it.* I've got round that by giving up the booze as well but I doubt you'd be up for that

*this may be absolute bollocks

I never realised the patches made you feel like you'd already smoked 40, so when you spark one up you instantly feel ill. Might be a good way to go. I just stopped, hardly missed them after a couple of days. Only ones that were torment giving up were the after dinner one and the ones during the day at work; I still miss nipping outside for 15 minutes every two hours :(
