ive seen a couple of trailers but none with any actual footage of the film, jus "the mars probe found some thing...."

Live action, in the style of those citroen TV ads.
Apparently there is going to be a chase/fight scene with them racing on the motorway at 100mph as vehicles, jumping up, transforming, fighting in the air for a few seconds, then morphing back as they hit the road again!

I've seen that clip.
i was told that it's a clip unrelated to the film, but I don't know how reliable that information is.

They're probably test shots - was one and it had ILM written in the corner. Won't make it into the film though.
I can't wait for this - found out this wkend that Speilberg's producing. Should be good.

has anyone clocked how much of the originals soundtrack is sampled for Cannibal Ox: the cold vein?
original is a sick film, hope this lives up to it
