So 10 Tons Heavy is the "the eating had filled him with white light" track from the Benga mix that was on Gutterbreakz. Progression is also on that mix, from about 43 minutes in.

ahh i almost forgot about progression, loved that tune in the ntype fwd set that was on podcast few months back
