Honest to god i can't get enough of this album. I'm pretty new to this glitch-hop thing still, but these tracks have been rocking my player for days on end now. (Special thanks to Rosa for the introduction at Sonic Warfare in Dam )

dex on that album is still an absolute favourite. it manages to be beautiful, spine-tingling, emotional glitch somehow. gorgeous

Get to know. XLR8R webpage has a 320 of a remix they did called 'Monday' by a guy called Nalepa. 'Tis dope.
Check Megasoid too.... they are BADASS.
I posted this addy in the Free Legal Downloads thread, but it's worth a repost here too:

His first album is infinitely better in my opinion, his second seems more "shallow", for want of a better word, and seeing him live only backed up my suspicions that edit has become a bit of a one trick pony.

The two albums definitely have a different vibe, not surprising a lot of people don't dig both.
I'm gettin a little tired of the formula (having seen him/them several times) but he's still put out some outstanding stuff over time. Check out the 2 tracks of his on the Baby Godzilla album.
Yeah there's a lot of talent in the glitch mob, good idea to look them all up and keep an eye on em.

I've been listening to the Mob and the artists for a long time, and 'air raid', although thoroughly enjoyable, didn't live up to my expectations as set by 'Crying over pros for no reason'. So as a result, my expectations for when i saw them live werent so high.....and they blew me the fuck away!
All four of them, rockin off the laptops was surreal....no one trick ponies on that stage. The variability in that et was amazing. I don't know what I expected, but that wasn't it. They stepped way outside the lines of what I had become familiar with s Glitch Hop.

I havn't heard there 1st album but this is pretty cool. Im really liking edIT-The Game Is Not Over / More Lazers release from last year. Both tracks are sickening.

I don't think it's fair to compare both albums, they're a totally different concept, and each one is unique for what it is.
Having said that, Cryin Over Pros... is probably the album that influenced the most on the way I see music nowadays

never heard the first album, but totally hammered Air Raid when i got it way back whenever t was it came out.... 2006 i think?
Was lucky enough to meet and interview Edit last summer, thoroughly nice guy and very passionate about his music. He did say he never wanted any of his solo albums to be in the same vein as the last.
Always wanted to see the whole crew perform but missed em while they were over here.
