ESKMO- European Dubstep Tour April 2009
We are pleased to announce ESKMO will be touring Europe in April 2009.
Based in San Francisco, USA.
This April see’s the anticipated second tour of Europe by San Francisco based dubstep artist “Eskmo”, America’s astounding breakthrough producer & live performer.
“Eskmo” has contributed to numerous musical styles throughout the years, receiving huge accolades with everything he touches; most notably his downtempo production and releases under guise “Welder”.
Evolving with time and utilizing his previously polished skills, his sound has grown to a fusion of sorts with the current state having a distinct focus on dubstep, west coast glitch and minimal techno. Thick, floor-creaking bass layered with oozing melodies and syncopated rhythms.
Eskmos music has received support from numerous DJs, web stations and magazines all over the world. His works have been featured in URB, DJ Mag, Knowledge Mag and on such shows as BBC Radio1, Rinse FM and Breaks FM.
Eskmo has been producing and performing live electronic music since 1999, having toured the world headlining events from Canada, previous tours of Europe and covering hundreds of events in America; his shows are flawless and in huge demand.
As exciting and musical as his production is; his “Live” sets exhilarate and push your enjoyment even further. Eskmo's sets are based around Ableton Live utilizing various midi controllers, queuing, key work and running FX with on the spot warping creating not just a DJ set but an amazing live musical experience.
