people in leeds?
people in leeds?
Hi this may seem a little sad but i need to make some new mates who are into dubstep. Im a 1st year student at leeds college of music doing a degree in music production its a great course but there is no one there who's into decent music "everyone is either an indie kid or a metalhead" for the fist term ive been going out to places like cockpit and oceana which is becoming a little tedious, seen as back home i would never go to commercial clubs. Anyway yeah if anybody wants to meet up at the next decent leeds dubstep night which there are loads of that would be cool or something like that.
im a first year at lcm doing music production! im ben, have i not met you?

hackman no I dont think i have met you, which is weird, it seems there are people into dubstep at lcm after all. I think it is just coz in my flat all my flat mates are into really heavy metal which I kinda hate. I dont know much about the betec course whether its good or not but the BA production course is good and the facilities are great Im looking forward to next year though when I think you get more of a free range of what you can do.
yeah i know what you mean, didn't realise how much of an emphasis it was on live recording, though it is really useful
looking forward to electronic music module with john da silva next year though!

Not a huge fan of the majority of the people who go to Vagabondz/The Fav. Got nuff love for the guys who run it, they push it hard but from my experience it's usually full of posh arse holes who have started goin out ravin because they no longer have Mummy and Daddy watchin over them. Maybe I'm just bein a tnuc, in fact I probably am but hey.bEErz wrote:dont get?Signus wrote:lolbEErz wrote:u shud hit vagabondz 2moro bare ppl going to it n the favisham is a sick club
