What to do with my records for 4 months

and no i wont give them to you....
Basically I'm going away for 4 months, which will be sick but it leaves me with two problems
1) What should I do with my records for 4 months so they wont get damaged, warped etc.
2) What should I do about releases, there are some releases I guess I could leave and hope for a repress, but there are otheres (ltd edition Skreamix of nightvision) which ill probs never get my hands on again

give them to someone you know will take care of them...
and as for releases, if you really need some releases.
give the person you gave your records to, some money... tell them what to order and when.

i'll come and pick them up from your house, take them to my house, keep them in perfect condition and that.
Then you give me £200 or whatever and i will buy the new releases for you and the jobs a goodun.
where are you going btw?

dunno what to say bout releases but I put my records in a climate controlled storage facility while I couldn't use them

surely u could just leave them at home....aslong as there not by a radiator or in a room where it gunna get really hot it should be fine....
my dads records have been sat under his bed for bloody years and they are fine.

The trouble is that all my mates who dj are either going with me/ leaving around the same time, so mates aint really an option
I may just have to risk it

you need to put them somewhere, where its not gonna get so hot.

As for ordering, will you have internet where you're going? Surely you could just order from Redeye or Chemical and get it shipped to a friend's place?
