Capacity?

Manhattan Portage has a "DJ Bag" sized 14.5 x 11.5 x 4.5 inches (33 x 29.2 x 10 cm).

You could try cutting/gluing foam to fill the gap in a regular LP bag...

there is a fellow inna san francisco who makes record boxes.
i saw some of his 7" boxes; loke the oldskool HEAVY cardboard stylie,
apparently there are 10" boxes as well.
