I usually lift about 3.5 to 7 grams a Day

5 to 6 reps, with about an hour wait between sets :twisted:

same here, most i can bench is about 40 Kgs. go gym twice a week tho, im kinda a fitness nut lol.

Not much. I don't max out, more just lift to stay in shape for BJJ.

i got my max deadlift to 405 lb the other day! not bad for weighing 163... :twisted:

I box on Mondays and Wednesdays.

On Fridays and Sundays I do the stronglifts 5x5 routine.

Sometimes I'll also spar on saturdays.

On the days Im not boxing I'll do 25 mins of cardio.

This is all second nature now and isn't hard to fit into my routine. The hardest part is eating a clean diet. I really miss things like chips, burgers, fried chicken, pancakes, crisps, bacon, sausages, chocolate, beer etc etc.

This is what my diet has looked like for the past 6 months or so:

Breakfast - Oats, Banana, Whey protein
Snack - Nuts, apple
Lunch - Tuna, Salad, Dressing
Snack - Chicken, Salad, Tomatoes
Supper - Salmon, 1 Egg

i run 2km daily with a 40kg weight attached to my cock, then get home and bench press a broomstick with a child hanging off each end
