Tune ID Marcus nasty on rinse 21.01.09

Does anyone know what the first tune is on the marcus nasty set from this date. It plays for quite a while before he mixes it out.
It has a woman singing and broken beats. It also has some famous old trance or similar tune involved in it.
I know this is a seriously indepth description, any ideas?
