Hey guys
I am looking at buying myself an outboard mixer. I occasionaly mix for a firends dub/rock band, so need something that can take mic input and dump straight to the computer.
Anyone have one/experience with one. Is a pretty expensive bit of kit (especially in Australia) so any words of advice would be appreciated.
Cheers

I have used an A&H mix wizard and I use an A&H Xone for my DJ mixer
I cannot say enough good things about them
I say..

A&H live mixers are great value for the money. otherwise, if yr on a budget, the mackie onyx's are quite nice.
and as always-- NEVER behringer for anything that passes audio.

This is advice I have always considered and followed, but I saw Goth Trad on friday night in Brighton, and he uses a Behringer mixing desk in his live rig

you sure it wasn't a midi controller with faders?
I believe that is what TeReKeTe means
Behringer midi controllers = ok
Behringer audio devices = bad
I steer very clear of all things behringer
I have seen the damage they can do
