for multisampled pianos, PMI instruments emporer,
for piano modeled vst, pianotek
PMI has the 'realest' sound although somehow some files got moved around and dont load in the kontakt player right, so lately ive been using pianotek, which is GREAT, more efficient, has pedal emulators, etc

loungelizard ive been using since 1.0 for electric piano sounds, one of the greatest plugs you can get besides hardware, beautiful to play, super vibey with some leslie or rotating speaker plug (akai rotator, i miss you)

Try pianoteq. It's a great idea in that it doesn't use multisamples but a modelling synthesis engine and it sounds absolutely fantastic without eating up half your cpu or hd. It's quite expensive tho (at 250 euros).
Check it out at

damn that demo nearly brought a tear to my eye, I've always had a soft spot for pianos but could never find anything decent to represent them so left them out of tunes
