To the OP:

Here are some options:

1. Get a job, save money - you will appreciate it more if you work for it.
2. Try Reaper, it's cheap
3. Use trial software to get yourself started, you can't save so you will have to leave your computer on, but you can do that until you save up enough.

Back in the day, before folks could afford samplers they juggled break records back and forth. When you couldn't afford turntables you used a tape deck and recorded, paused and created loops that way.

WORK FOR IT. NOT EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS FREE OR EASY.

Even alpacas know that.
