Anyone know how to get that dub warped vocal sound?

i cant work out weither its just simply copy and pasting the sample many times so it sound warped or whatever... any help... download the samples if u dont understand what im talking bout...

loads of delay and reverb. preferably tape delay and spring reverb.

-Slow down the vocal sample in software that will naturally make it grainier as you make it slower. Ableton 7 does this but I've read Ableton 8 has fixed it and will keep it sounding nice.
-Slow down vocals (without lowering the pitch, unless you want to lower the pitch) and then bitcrush them
-Heavily Bitcrush vocals
-Slow down the vocals, then automate the volume so it turns up and down very very fast, like an LFO doing 32nd or 64th notes (or use an lfo)
All sound slightly different...

easy way to do it, just slow the sample down but keep the pitch about the same. i use fl8... then i just play the sample over itself 2 or 3 times. but then i do everything half assed.

Just sounds like old skool time stretching to me. Nothing more complicated than than that. Try Akaizer from
