Heavy Machine is a production duo made up of underground ATL superstars "Whisperlink & Phive Starr." These two are bringing the dirty south to dubstep.

Heavy Machine is coming to get you–with creepy southern fried dubstep. This two man army consists of Whisperlink and Phive Starr These two run beats down and destroy their villages.Although this is a young project and formed in the beginning of 08′-Heavy Machine shows what happens when two experienced generals in the game put their heads together and destroy all enemy soundsystems. JFresh the Phive Starr General has many stripes on his uniform.This soilder has been in the trenches with many southern based rappers of all ranks.Phive Starr Productions(www.phivestarr.com) is a company formed by Jfresh and DJ K.O. in 2004 with veterans like Goodie Mob,Nappy Roots,Killer Mike,Outlawz,Youngbloodz,8ball, Bonecrusher, Black thought all the way to platinum selling country dudes like John Michael Montgomery, Jamie Johnson, Colt Ford, Montgomery Gentry. JFresh Phive Starr has the technological engineering of a skill of a trained sniper and the reflexes like a cat when it comes to breakin beats. Jules Whisperlink is man-who like a ninja- posses many different musical skills. Starting off as a bass player turned hip hop producer and emcee from the true school-he also is in Suntoucher,Atlanta’s first live future dub band,as well as spinning dubstep out as a dj with the Atlanta Dubstep Crew.With past experience as an engineer at The Zone-he got to work with some of the A’s top dogs like Bonecrusher,Lil Jon and David Banner before crunk ran the world.This gave him a sweet tooth for those sticky southern drawl type lyrics mixed with dubstep bass lines that will take out your whole platoon.Mr.Whisperlink brought forth the idea of conquering the dubstep genre from a dirty south point of view to Phive Starr and the rest is history.SO……Gear-up men this drop is probably gonna hurt!!!
