That Russian link is still working. It's easy to download :D
step 1: when you recieve message (red letters) click the link "Нажмите сюда" (below the message)
step 2: on the next page click the sponsor's link (any link)
step 3: wait 30 seconds (timer is on the right upper corner) and then click "нажмите сюда" link
step 4: enter code and submit
step 5: download
