Matty and The Tusk present Sorcerers live (in Dub) at the magnificently subterranean Red Gate...

Sorcerers (featuring Lighta! stalwart Mike C aka Calamalka ) have been busy lately refining their potent brand of old school hardcore infused Dub sounds. This show will see them exploring even more Dubbed out sonic territories while bringing their special brand of raw E. Van style to the dance.

Patio Banton (LIve!) is (CENSORED) being forced to play live using only analogue equipment. Like Giorgio Moroder on ritalin trapped in the Black Ark but more Metal. Unmissable.

Some Fucker: We have no idea what these guys are going to actually do but it will undoubtedly be both confusing and memorable.

With DJs: The Attorney playing golden era Hip Hop and Mandai laying down top notch Dancehall and Bashment.

Show starts at 10pm. $10 at the door. Lighta! Soundsystem in effect.

This party is at Vancouvers now infamous Red Gate. If you need directions just ask and as a reminder be quick and quiet on your way in and out. Keep Vancity's underground spaces safe...

was this good? i'm curious how live dubstep happens and if it's a good as vinyl. i've heard that dubstep parties at the red gate are amazing and the real underground.

it was rad. Sorcerers played live with dubbed out drums and the bassist playing through the Lighta! Rig. Insane sound. People danced all night.
