DJ ZEN & FORSAKEN FRI 22ND MAY @ THE CROFT - SHOOT THE FREAK

Shoot-The-Freak is a brand new night coming to Bristol on Friday the 22nd of May 2009, and promises to be a fresh, new and exciting event for the summer.
Being hosted at the Croft, Shoot-The-Freak will be bringing Bristol a wide variety of artists and genres from: Dub-step to grime D&B to Breaks and possibly even a bit of Electro-Line-Dancing!
Headlining on the first night is:
ZEN (Flimode / Grid)
A skilled Drum’n’Bass DJ/Producer from Fulham, London who in 1995, met Lee Greenaway AKA Twisted Individual on local radio show Shadow FM.’…The rest is history.

FORSAKEN(Soul Motive)
A pioneering Dubstep Producer from Bristol. “I make music like dubstep and grime. And whatever else is fun to make and sounding good to me.”

DJ TASK (Pirates Anthems)
Task is all about playing as much music as possible. He’s still not afraid to drop even the cheesiest of
tunes in the right context and has always been able to get away with murder and who knows what stupid
shit he will drop on you like a ton of bricks.
STYLATRON (Ruffnek / Monster Bass / Fire!!)
A technical dj who runs a night called ‘FIRE!’, he is also running a night called MONSTER BASS and is known for playing party tunes, and big bassy numbers such as D&B, garage, dubstep and more

Enigma? (Beat Bristol)
Promoter of Bristol's top Drum and Bass event, Beat Bristol will gracing the decks in the main. Beat Bristol started in 2007 with a stage at the world famous W.O.M.A.D festival and went on to launch the Beat Bristol club experience which has been going strong ever since.

Notorious promoters hailing from Bristol hosting a variety of nights ranging from the notorious ‘Snowbombing’ in the Austrian Alps to ‘We Like To Party’ and ‘Juke2000’ not forgetting Bristols favorite Sunday event ‘Not So Supermarket’.
