Small bio.

I'm at a very amateur level with my music. It is very hard for me to actually crank out a full track because of my lack of focus. A lot of the time, when I'm sitting at my computer working on music, I will just fiddle around with synths and samples. Sometimes for hours not really getting anything solid down, just a lot of randomly cool unorganized sounds. Honestly, I cannot remember how long I've been making music, but it was sometime in 2006. Even though its been awhile since I first started, progress with my skills have moved very slowly. (ie. I still am learning music theory, mastering, and overall music production). So long story short, I am a n00b.

So, anyway, the music...

Here are links to both my myspace music pages:

http://www.myspace.com/takeyoutoahigherplace - Alt. page (not my usual style of stuff)

And here is a link to a small .rar wich contains a few demos of interesting sounds I've made:

Okay. Please check out the stuff and let me know what you think. :) Criticism is wanted.

Also, could anyone help me out with getting fixed up/pointed in the right direction? Like, maybe some better software, or some great tutorials, or maybe even just tell me about the skills I'm going to need to be a serious electronic musician. I know I'm heading in the right direction, because I am pretty confident in what I can do now, but its obvious where I need to go and I can see that.
