Get something else, dubstep specific x is never good.

that depends, if you are just gonna rinse out the loops and presets as standard, then its not good

I found a pack the other day called Industrial Noise Collection 1-3, hasn't got any loops or anything, but just has a variety of really good dark sounds.

Sample Magic has announced the release of SM15 Dubstep and Grime, a new multi-format sample library.

Hundreds of dark and dubbed-out hardstep grooves; aggressive beats and raw rhythms; abrasive basslines and cone-ripping wobblers; filth-dribbling synths and sleaze-symphonics; pre-mixed combi songstarters, bleak soundscapes, screwed-up vocals, street sirens, broken CPUs, FX and 260+ crunked up drum hits.

SM15 DUBSTEP AND GRIME FEATURES

Drum beats — 100s of dark and dubbed-out hardstep grooves, sleazy and shuffly floor-melters and tweeter-teasing tops at 140bpm – presented with a range of variants.
Bass loops — Cone-ripping wobblers, glitched out analogue LFOrmant busters and slinky subs – all key-labeled for your ease.
Synth and music loops — Filth-dribbling stabs, sleaze-symphonics, nu-dub guitars and many more.
Combi and vox mashups — Pre-mixed and broken out songstarters, bleak soundscapes, and screwed-up vocal sleazefests.
FX — Sirens, echoes and street noise – field recordings from the urban underground – plus broken CPUs, drops, glitches, de-tuned radio trackers and more.
Drum hits — 260+ bass-busting kicks, crooked snares, wonky bass hits and hefty hats – all custom edited and fed through our all-analogue signal path.
Includes Rex2 & RMX-compatibale Rex2 loops, Apple Loops, EXS24, HALion, Reason NN-XT and Kontakt II patches.
Dubstep and Grime is available to purchase as a digital only download from http://www.samplemagic.com or http://www.soundstosample.com, priced at £44.95 GBP.

Very good sample pack. The first 'proper' bass samples I've heard pre-made anywhere hands down. Enough Rex files to keep you going for quite some time.
Keep me posted if you find anything else. :D

God I hate genre-specific sample packs. The real creativeness comes from using that which was not intended to be, and making it work. But that's just me.
