Plastician's choice of accapellas
Plastician's choice of accapellas
So on the last show he did on rinse i heard the migraine skank accapella and the Snoop Dogg millionaire accapella and i'm just wondering if Plastician is using these in some sort of ironic fashion, or weather he just likes those tunes or what? I know he's renown for blending grim and dubstep and i like it when you does stuff with next hype and real ****** and all that stuff, but personally i found it a bit too much with those 2 particular accapellas.
But fair play to him for doing it, just wondered what everyone else was saying about this?
Also if Plastician reads this, let me know how the gig in Birmingham was.

do you also send haribo back to the manufacturer and say you're not completely satisfied? one of them types are we
I know it's a proper song, but i don't think i'm alone when i say it's kinda shit and a joke, so surely they can't be playing it in a respectable way.
As for plastician making millionaire, i'm not so sure. The forum went f'ing mad when this was first heard and it's clear that no-one really likes the song as we're already sick of eastern jam, and twats jumping on the dubstep train, so why would anyone continue to play this track?

Re: Plastician's choice of accapellas
what types? one who forms his opinions on what he actually hears and not what the name of the DJ is? Just because it's plastician doesn't mean it's makes it good by default. Don't read this as me slagging him off because i love most of his stuff, and i really appreciate everything he's done for dubstep, and he's a good DJ.FlashHarry wrote: so you weren't feeling two accapellas .. wow .. stop press

I'm a cigarette and will not let anyone express themselves or dislike anything that a Dubstep DJ plays on rinse.
Opinion police can get fucked, open your eyes and see that not every single dubstep orientated thing is pure gold

dont diss his usage of acapellas over the internet, i made a comment about the next hype lyrics being out of time with the beat.. being the badman he is he said 'wanna come show me?' or something like that.
i said yes plasticman, if youre reading this, lets hook up and get things in time yeah, safe. xx

The main point of this thread was to just see what everyone else was saying about this. I'm allowed to not like it, just wondered if other people did like it. The accapella's just seem like a strange choice to me, but fair enough for experimenting.
JUST LET ME KNOW IF YOU LIKE IT OR NOT?!?
i'm not here to slag Plastician off or tell him what to do or what not to do, just interested in opinions.

Plastician has continually and consistantly been the DJ at the front of the pack and ahead of his game,if your not sure of something he is playing now, fine, but hold tight because in 2 months whatever it was he was playing back then will be heard everywhere, not always but yeh,in most cases.
Guys got inspiration and is pushing things forward in different ways, granted, not all good, but thats what we need too progress in the diverse styles that we as a community are.....
Big ups too the DSF massive whatever your opinions are.....
Do you seriously think any proper DJ would not play a tune just because a bunch of twats on a forum said they don't like it?steshine wrote:I know it's a proper song, but i don't think i'm alone when i say it's kinda shit and a joke, so surely they can't be playing it in a respectable way.
