Obviously while you're making it, it aint just guess work (but could be art?) but I mean after you have made your track, do you stick it on your mp3 player and listen to it occasionally?
I do, because when it's made by me, it's suited to my taste and I made it sound how I like it, so I enjoy listening to it.
How bout you lot?

Yep me too
For the exact same reason. I made it to a style I enjoy listening to so I listen to it

Nope. By the time a track is finished I've heard it almost a thousand times and have no desire to hear it again.

yes, cause if it got stale by the time i'd heard it a million times already it means it's either generic or shit to me

yes i doo, cause i'm makin' my own shit, whit my own idea, for my own set.
i understand if acts like backstreetboys, or take that, don't listen to theyr own music, cause first, they arn't making it. secound, the musicstyle they make isn't really this what they like to hear.
So if i make a tune, i hear it by producing about 1000 times, when it's finished, i stil got it on my mp3 player and listen it again and again. sometimes i feel the wibe again - like when i made it - but often i try to find mistakes to make them better.

It helps you remember old techniques. And old VST's.
It is sick to go back 5 years and see your instrument placements and the volumes you used back then (when you din't have your monitors and were producing off headphones, and were probably making D&B.)

I burn them to CDs and play them out.
There's nothing like seeing drunk people brockin out to your own tunes in shitty warehouse at 4am
