What the... where did this mix come from???

I am wowed by this 38:13 mix that just popped up on my itunes. it's shockout-style hiphop, with some prefuse here and and some awesome vocals/instrumentals mismatching craziness there. it's called Tetanus Shot Mix by Rustie-- google doesn't really yield anything, so I'm wondering what is the deal? thx in advance..
ps. is that recent joe nice mix up anywhere?

i know this was 6 years ago but any chance of a re upload, i had it years ago but the hard drive i had it on has died....
