Shit, bye to my manufactured pop career. I've got a myspace to give myself underground cred - I may be on an advert singing about hippies and punks and other such twottage later.
Who the fuck is Lily Allen anyway? Don't really watch tv or read magazines so never know where these folks come from. Does save a lot of time that I could waste actually hearing stuff and then dismissing it outright.

Lilly Allen she's so cool, she takes drugs and drinks excessively and wears cocktail dresses with trainers. A waste of space simply as that.

Yep, Vindaloo was shite, but he has done some funny interviews over the last few years with that wierd transexual antique freak and his family, Mohammed Al-Fayed and that King of the Chavs geezer. Seems quite genuine to be honest, quite an intelligent and funny bloke, affable but not gullible. Pretty funny as the shroomed up hotdog seller in Twin Town too. And he used to do some good stuff with the Comic Strip too, so he can't be all bad.
This famous dad's thing is fuckin dreadful though isn't it. Talent isn't necessarily hereditary ya know (as seems to be the case here)

Peaches Geldoff's a dick Lily Allen is in same category. That trainers and dress thing is really pissing me off now for some reason, lol, she thinks she's so fucking cool cos she's from fucking London takes coke etc, female Mike Skinner reh reh reh reh, dumb ass ho!!!
I would still jump her bones though, as long as i could do something to get her back, like empty the condom in her hair in the morning while she's still asleep and then kick out after taking a photo or suttin'!!!
I hate that whole English Nelly Furtado nonsense , isn't life quaint bollocks. And her dads a twat as well, begging friend off Michael Caroll, he doesn't deserve a spotlight on TV with his sub-human intelligence! Oddly enough I heard the garage remix before I heard the original, and not knowing who the hell she be actually thought it was alright.
I love this ferocity of hatred that outpours every time someone deemed undeserving makes it though - does someone have the idea that only folks who've been producing/playing/gigging, etc for years actually make it in this business? If you don't like it, don't buy it.
She's not as funny as Sov though.

i dont think that thats the thing that is getting ppl (or at least me) riled, i think its the fact that she's made it through by presenting herself in a particular light, one which seems at odds with her evidently privileged background.
yet it is this privileged background (i.e. her dad) which almost certainly gave her the opportunities she has had in the industry (note intelligent marketing generating a belief that it was in fact myspace, because thats the 'street' way nowadays), opportunities all too unavailable to those from the cultures which she is impersonating...
and the accent is so blatantly false, it makes me mad! she has a very pretty voice, it pisses me off so much that all this other shit comes into it to make her 'marketable'. all of the above, however, is the industry / society at work, not her, but she is utilising it, and furthermore she has a demeanour of self-satisfaction which i hate in next girl i meet in the pub never mind girl on tv
having said all this, i concur, i find her strangely unavoidably attractive, which irks me even more
