i made the mistake of teaching a mate to mix and he ended up leaving a deep scratch over the entire side of benga electro scratch
and i ruined sensei dub as well

I don't notice, but some of mine have massive gashes (lol). If you play a tune from the edge you notice tho. I played my BATTERED old copy of Artwork - Red from the edge on a Funktion 1 system the other day and boy was it crackly, I was getting some funny looks.........until it dropped - SKANK!

i hate this so much.
so far it's only happened to one of mine, collections still a bit small as i've only been mixing since christmas, but when i mix Backwards by Skream i've got to be pretty fucking rapid if i don't want it to hop about.
