yes, there's tickets available for this night only for EUR 13. you'll need a membership to Melkweg club as well, but this is only EUR 3.

BTW passe-partout for the whole festival (5 days, two venues) is only EUR 65. festival line-up includes Moderat, Diplo and many many more... http://www.5daysoff.nl

You might be able to find some tickets here: http://www.beatfreax.com/ticketshop or here: www.ticketmaster.nl

But there is still ticket sales on the door. If you come early, it should be fine.
