DUB WAR'S 4TH BIRTHDAY (June 19, NYC)

Yes yes somehow it's been 4 years since Dub War first set up shop in the basement of Sputnik in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. Since then we've brought many talented and inspiring people to party with us and bless NYC with new sounds. The whole experience has been nothing short of life-altering. So thank you to everyone who has participated in any way (I really would like to make a list but it would be stupidly long)!

But really a special thank you has to go to the NYC family, and also to the London gang who have been constantly inspiring and whose support we could never possibly repay - you know who you are!

So, with that, we're going to do what we do every month - have a sick party on a sick sondsystem and hopefully watch the smiles on everyone's faces! To that end, two people who have been there from day one are coming to rock with us: the power combination of DISTANCE + CYRUS.

June 19 is the date. Club Love in NYC is the location. Check for full info going up shortly in the events section.

there's so many people to thank for everything, so rather than try and make a list (which would be long) and forget people, just a general big up to everyone that's made the party what its been over the years. too many memories.

shout out to the dub war family.

special shouts to all the original sputnik-rothko-avalon-crash mansion soldiers. can't forget all the love soldiers either. 4 years!

Who would have thought -- Dave, me and JohnAsk in the basement of BarSputnik. Now look at what's happened.

I know some of those early days sets were recorded -- somewhere. We've gotta do some digging. Same for some of those old school Dubwar flyers.

Anyway - June 19th. BE THERE.
