Tempa T - Next Hype --> What's the sample?

I could swear this sample is from an old jungle tune, or at the very least, an old grime tune. I started looking through my tunes for it, I looked up Darkrider by Rufige Kru and it ain't that then I got lazy and gave up.
If ya don't know what I mean, it's the bit that goes:
